FDNY Arrests Man Behind Series Of Arsons In Brooklyn

Unique Cherry, 25, has been charged with multiple counts of arson after a police investigation linked him to three separate fire incidents at a Brooklyn apartment complex. Fire Marshals discovered that there were 12 distinct fire locations within the building. After confessing to starting a fire on January 26 at 1430 Bergen St., Cherry admitted involvement in additional incidents on December 15 and January 20. Authorities are continuing their investigation as they seek to hold Cherry accountable for his actions, highlighting the seriousness of arson.
