Laquan Battle, a 28-year-old man from Brooklyn, was sentenced to 10 years in prison for attempted murder after randomly shooting at an Uber Eats driver during a drive-by incident.
The shooting occurred on December 5, 2021, at around 11:45 p.m., when the victim, a 22-year-old delivery driver, was taking a break between deliveries in his parked car.
