Brooklyn detectives are investigating a deadly shooting where the victim, covered in blood, walked into a local hospital. The victim, Oliver Gamaliel, was later pronounced dead from a gunshot wound to the abdomen.
The shooting occurred in front of a smoke shop in Brownsville. The suspected shooter fled the scene on foot, and no arrests have been made as the investigation continues.
