The second incident transpired Thursday morning in Bushwick, where a 33-year-old man suffered similar injuries and a grazed head wound. Shortly afterward, a 25-year-old man arrived at the hospital with abdominal wounds, though it’s unclear if he was involved in the earlier shooting. The first incident happened near Cadman Plaza East and Prospect Street in Dumbo around 6 p.m. on Wednesday. An 18-year-old man was found with a gunshot wound to the buttocks.
The second incident happened Thursday morning around 8 a.m. near 327 Wilson Ave. in Bushwick, police said. A 33-year-old man was found with a gunshot wound to the buttocks and a graze wound to his head.
A short time later, a 25-year-old man walked into Wyckoff Heights Medical Center with gunshot wounds to the abdomen. It is not known at this time if the 25-year-old was shot in the Wilson Avenue incident.
Investigations remain ongoing in both incidents, and a description of possible suspects wasn't readily available.
