Matthew Rodriguez, 18, was arrested in Pennsylvania as the second suspect in the shooting death of 7-month-old Kaori Patterson-Moore. The first suspect, Amuri Greene, 21, was apprehended shortly after the incident and has pleaded not guilty to murder. Kaori was shot in the head while in her stroller during a drive-by shooting.
