Willow & Ivy, opening at the Lenox Hotel in March, seeks to transform the hotel dining experience by appealing to both guests and local patrons. Under the direction of executive chef Daniel Kenney, the restaurant will focus on approachable yet bold dishes, showcasing local ingredients inspired by global cuisine. This establishment is part of a broader culinary revamp of the Lenox Hotel, aiming to provide a unique dining venue that goes beyond typical hotel fare, fostering a sense of community within the Back Bay neighborhood.
"Our goal is to create a restaurant that is rooted in our Back Bay neighborhood while serving both hotel guests and locals alike," says executive chef Daniel Kenney.
"Willow & Ivy aspires to maintain that delicate balance by offering crowd-pleasers that will keep tourists happy, while also getting outside-of-the-box enough that locals will consider the Copley Square spot an intriguing addition to the city's dining scene."
Kenney, an alum of the Liberty Hotel and Boston Harbor Hotel, oversees the trio of restaurants, continuing a culinary transformation in the Lenox Hotel.
Continuing in the vein of Sweeney's and the Irving, Willow & Ivy showcases local ingredients in globally inspired dishes.
