Bullying was the motive behind Tuesday's deadly school shooting on the outskirts of Helsinki.
The 12-year-old who opened fire on classmates said he was the victim of bullying, supported by investigations.
The shooter wore a mask and noise-cancelling headphones, used a relative's licensed handgun, and threatened other students before arrest.
