A pair of researchers said it took them just two seconds to remove watermarks intended to indicate content was generated by AI.
Given that it takes about 2 seconds to remove a watermark from an image produced using the current C2PA watermarking standard that these companies have implemented, Meta's promise to label AI-generated images falls flat.
