3,500 senior leaders at global companies that each earn at least $10 million annually, have at least 100 employees, and leverage generative AI were surveyed. Fifty-five percent of respondents reported AI as a useful marketing tool for data analysis, content generation, and editing, with nearly 60% of media and entertainment executives noting positive marketing impact. Almost half (49%) said AI helped with cybersecurity, and 53% of that group reported fewer security incidents. Close to 62% said AI enabled better customer service, and three in four leaders reported improved customer satisfaction. Only 40% attributed direct revenue growth to AI, while 70% said AI increased employee productivity.
