Computers are dumb. They're really dumb, they don't know what to do. You got to tell them what to do, and then they execute exactly what you say. Then you'd have to tell them precisely what to do next.
Now computers are actually pretty good at interacting with humans. If you've ever programmed a conversational UI, what's actually going on is it understands your words, and you get all the words, but you still have to put in all the sentence structures.
