Biggie allows users to interact and ask questions through a prompt box, leveraging models trained on customer company data as well as publicly available data focused on IT-related issues.
The pre-trained large language models (LLMs) in Biggie cover various operational areas such as infrastructure, network, and application development, making them versatile for common IT problems.
