Volkswagen Reassesses Direct-to-Customer Sales Model

Volkswagen Group is ready to reassess its direct-to-customer strategy, acknowledging that adjustments are necessary to enhance customer experience amid the slow shift to electric mobility.
VW's press release explained that it may need to operate two sales models longer than anticipated, with the Agency model for BEVs and the indirect model for other drivetrains.
