Mamdani's housing policies have prompted some wealthy residents to consider moving to the suburbs, particularly Westchester County. The Harrison Team at Compass, Westchester-based real estate agents, have noted a significant increase in Manhattan residents interested in suburban properties following Mamdani's primary victory.
