Following the holiday season, there is often a significant dip in blood donations due to travel, seasonal illnesses, and busy schedules, which can leave supplies dangerously low. To encourage more people to donate, Stanford Blood Center is partnering with the Golden State Warriors during National Blood Donor Month. Throughout January, blood donors at all Stanford Blood Centers, including the South Bay Donor Center in Campbell, will receive a free Warriors sweatshirt as a thank-you gift.
Our city is built on many strengths-excellent schools, beautiful green spaces, and a charming downtown-but the heart of Saratoga has always been its neighborhoods. As I begin my third term as mayor, I am grateful for the opportunity to serve this community, and I am continually reminded that Saratoga's true character reveals itself at the neighborhood level. What makes Saratoga special are the relationships between its residents.
