Using the device's built-in Bixby voice control, you will soon be able to say "Shut the fridge door," or "Open the door," and your machine will obey. According to a press release from Samsung at CES 2026 this week, the voice commands will open the door fully, not just a smidge - over 90 degrees. You can also tap the door with the palm or the back of your hand to activate the movement.
Ubisoft has announced a new game prototype featuring voice-controlled AI teammates that understand visual context and natural language. This "Teammates" project builds on the Neo NPCs Ubisoft showed off with Nvidia in 2024 to demo in-game AI that can naturally respond to players. A key difference this time, besides the complexity of the interactions the prototype supports, is that Teammates is already being played in a closed playtest with "a few hundred players," Ubisoft says.
IDE Cursor launches version 2.0 with multiple improvements. Up to eight agents can now work in parallel on the same codebase, while a new proprietary model runs 4x faster than comparable alternatives. Voice control is also being introduced. Cursor introduces Composer, the first proprietary agentic coding model. This frontier model is four times faster than equally intelligent alternatives, the company claims. The model can generate and modify code based on natural language.
