A large cardboard box overflowing with NYPD uniforms was abandoned near Brooklyn's Green-Wood Cemetery, cops said on Thursday. A 911 call led police to the box containing department pants, shirts, jackets and hats on a roadside in the 66th Precinct around 8:39 p.m. Tuesday, cops said. Video posted online shows officers taking uniforms from the box at 37th St. and Ninth Ave. in Borough Park and stuffing them into plastic bags. The "blues" were taken to the 66th Precinct stationhouse for safekeeping, police said.
