Raptors announce that RJ Barrett will return to basketball activities this week after having a PRP injection a week ago. Cleveland Browns starting defensive tackle Maliek Collins is out for the remainder of the season with a quad injury that will require surgery, coach Kevin Stefanski announced Monday. Collins suffered the injury in the third quarter of Sunday's 26-8 home loss to the San Francisco 49ers. He left the field on a cart and was later ruled out for the rest of the game.
MIAMI GARDENS - Miami Dolphins tight end Darren Waller will return to practice this week as he works his way back from injured reserve. Waller will be designated for return at Wednesday's practice, coach Mike McDaniel said Monday. That will open up a 21-day practice window for him to get activated from IR ahead of one of the team's upcoming games, beginning with the New Orleans Saints at home on Sunday.
