3 months agoWild sideshow in quiet SF neighborhood ends in burning U-Haul
The sideshow kicked off around 4:30 a.m. Saturday near Great Highway and Kirkham Street in the Outer Sunset. Neighbors told CBS News that they heard fireworks and possibly gunfire as vehicles squealed through the area. The sideshow culminated in a U-Haul being set on fire. The man who rented the truck said he watched as people broke into the window and set the truck ablaze. He said most of the furniture inside the truck was destroyed.

SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- One person is in critical condition from a 2-alarm fire that burned three homes in the Outer Sunset district of San Francisco, fire officials say. SFFD says the fire is on 47th Avenue between Irving and Judah. Crews are on scene, and firefighters have rescued three adults. One of those people is in critical condition, according to SFFD. A pet was also rescued and is being cared for by paramedics.
