Fulham are in talks with Manchester City over a move for winger Oscar Bobb, sources have told ESPN. Bobb has been available this month after City signed Antoine Semenyo from AFC Bournemouth in a deal worth £64 million ($86m). Fulham have made contact to assess the financial conditions necessary to bring the 22-year-old to Craven Cottage before the January transfer deadline.
I think there's a strong possibility he could leave, especially now following the arrival of Antoine Semenyo. It's pushed him even further down the pecking order in Pep Guardiola's plans. He's injured at the minute, so that might put a question mark over his possible departure in the January transfer window, but I don't think it's a serious injury. I think for Oscar Bobb himself, he probably needs to be playing regularly after a couple of injuries and seasons which have delayed his development.
After the bongs and fireworks, 2026 has finally begun. Naturally, no one really cares about resolutions, the real interest is in whether your team will sign a new left-back. Tittle-tattle is back in the limelight and the Rumour Mill will be firing up the very best and worst of it over the coming month. It seems like everyone in the Premier League needs to get the pen and chequebook out to solve their problems, making it an intriguing month ahead.
