Oscar Bobb has signed for Fulham from Manchester City for £27m on a five-and-a-half-year deal and will take the number 14 shirt. He consulted Norway team-mate Sander Berge and met the manager before deciding to move. Manchester City retain a 20% sell-on clause and matching rights for future bids. Bobb graduated from City's academy, made 61 senior appearances with 13 goals and 27 assists, and has featured 15 times this season without scoring. He last played on 17 December before an injury. Bobb has six appearances for Norway this year and helped them qualify for the World Cup. Fulham sit seventh and have lost one of their last seven Premier League games under Silva.
