Fulham are close to agreeing a deal to sign winger Oscar Bobb from Manchester City, with talks progressing on both player and club sides. Manchester City are valuing Bobb at £35m and a permanent transfer is anticipated rather than a loan. Bobb has made 15 appearances this season without scoring and has seen opportunities limited following City's signing of Antoine Semenyo. Bobb played a role in Norway's World Cup qualification, has six caps this year, and spent much of last season sidelined after a leg fracture in August 2024.
