Police say 9-year-old girl found dead in upstate New York, no signs of possible abduction as father reported

Melina Frattolin's disappearance is under investigation due to inconsistencies in her father's account, with her body found in Ticonderoga, New York.

A passerby noticed the baby, ran to the home and climbed on the roof, "saving the baby from falling," police said.
