Highway 4 shooting suspect was Kimbo Slice lookalike who victim laughed at, police say
The suspect, David Milburn, allegedly shot at a victim while driving a Chrysler Crossfire, initially made light when the victim laughed at his resemblance to Kimbo Slice.
