Versant Has Officially Split From Comcast and NBC Here's What It Means

Versant has spun off from Comcast and begun trading publicly as an independent media company owning major cable and news networks under ticker VSNT.

CNBC will replace its Peacock logo with a Gotham-based wordmark featuring a triangular "arrow" notch as it spins off into new company Versant.
