Fulham have offered a new contract to manager Marco Silva, whose existing deal expires at the end of the season. The Fulham board want the Portuguese - who had grievances over the club's summer transfer window - to extend his four-year stay at Craven Cottage. The 48-year-old accused the board of being "passive" on the eve of the Premier League season and they finished the transfer window having spent about 40m on five players.

Arsenal's progress under Mikel Arteta has been clear to see, even if major trophies have been elusive. The Gunners are now consistent title challengers and favourites to win their first Premier League in over two decades after a strong start to 2025-26. Arteta has been the instigator, stabilising a team that had struggled in the latter years of Arsene Wenger's tenure and under Unai Emery.

Manager John Schneider was asked if he had a message for Toronto Blue Jays fans following the team's heartbreaking loss in the 2025 World Series. When asked by Ken Rosenthal of Fox Sports, Schneider started by saying "to the fans I say, thank you" for the incredible support. He hoped the postseason run would still hold memories for generations of Blue Jays fans.

We've had some early conversations. We'd love to keep Oliver. We're building something. I think for Oliver it's about the conditions being right. it's about everything being in a way that he enjoys his work and he finds the conditions favourable to achieve. Oliver wants to win things. If we can align those interests then hopefully we can make something happen.
