Bardessono Hotel & Spa will be hosting the 5 annual Latke Throwdown, a holiday tradition celebrating delicious latkes and community spirit. Guests will watch top local chefs, including Bardessono's Executive Chef Rick Edge of Lucy Restaurant and Bar, compete in a friendly but fierce latke-making contest, where competitors will have approximately 30 minutes to create the ultimate latke. Guests will have the chance to sample the contenders' creations and witness the crowning of the winner, who will be awarded the coveted Golden Spatula.
