The National Football League (NFL) - American football's professional arm - has sanctioned its first ever match in Ireland. It will be a 'home' game for the Pittsburgh Steelers, who take on the Minnesota Vikings. Croke Park's capacity will be reduced to 72,000 for the match, partly because the NFL has insisted that temporary seats are put into Hill 16, but there were more than 600,000 applications for tickets.
