I'm passing through Kilrush on the first bright, blue-skied day after weeks of non-stop rain and it's warm enough to leave the coat in the car and think perhaps there may be a sniff of spring in the air. I hope I'm not being previous. I'm here to check out two places I've been following on Instagram for a while, having never been to this part of west Clare before.
As of Jan. 8, Disneyland launched a roster of more than 100 new and returning food and drink options, which include updates at nearly every restaurant and food kiosk in the park. New items across the resort include a "sweet heat beignet chicken sandwich" at Tiana's Palace, a buffalo chicken sandwich with house-made pickles served on beignets; a Dubai chocolate-inspired strawberry, hazelnut, chocolate and pistachio Mickey shake at Schmoozies topped with fried kataifi; and a Mickey-shaped cinnamon roll macaron, filled with cream cheese buttercream and cinnamon caramel, at the Cappuccino Cart in Disney California Adventure.
Catch Exploratorium's Glow exhibit, lightscapes in the Botanical Gardens, dazzling displays at Filoli, and a holiday market with an illuminating finale at Embarcadero Center.
