Chopsticks Chinese Fast Food at 4615 Mission St. has been closed for more than two years and is being renovated into a to‑go Mexican restaurant owned by Pablo Maron, who plans to bring pupusas from his existing La Espiga De Oro. Eddy Martinez, a broker working with the Office of Economic and Workforce Development, assisted with the lease negotiation and noted Maron’s experience running a business. Renovations are already underway.
