Sean Keys possesses significant raw power but needs to improve other aspects of his game for future success.
Kevin McGonigle has agreed to an eight-year extension with Detroit that guarantees $150 million and could reach $160 million with escalators. The deal begins in 2027 and runs through 2034, covering McGonigle's final five years of club control plus his first three seasons of free agency.
Kevin Alcantara is now hitting .255/.345/.745/170 wRC+ with 7 homers in 58 plate appearances. The 34.5% K rate is obviously not good, but he's making such obscenely high-quality contact that is more than makes up for it.
I think it was good. Came up, obviously a young guy, didn't really know what to expect. Obviously struggled at the start. Being in a new clubhouse, being around guys who had show time, kind of everything, playing against better competition. I think just getting up here, getting my feet wet, it made the transition coming into this year super easy, just because I'm pretty comfortable.
After a dreadful season in 2024 the sentiment towards Isaiah Drake swung rapidly red, and even following an impressive 2025 his national reputation is still trying to recover. Drake was awful in 2024, but with the combination of his age and the injuries that riddled that season it was not a huge surprise that he bounced back in 2025.
To this point, that was one of the cooler things I've ever done. Guys who I've watched growing up and guys who I've always looked up to all in one spot. It was a great experience for me and I'm glad I got the opportunity to play out there for eight innings.

Most of Ureña's 2017 was spent in Double-A, but since he was on the 40-man roster, he was called up to the big leagues that season and got some playing time In their 2017 rankings, MLB Pipeline ranked Ureña as their 94th-best prospect, but his stint with the Blue Jays didn't go so great.
Josue De Paula expressed his desire to reach the MLB with the Dodgers, stating, "I do want to get to L.A. I hope that's in God's plans." He emphasized the importance of focusing on performance and being hopeful about becoming a Dodger for a long time.
