Someone allegedly struck her ex's new girlfriend with a car in Newton. Now both women are facing charges.

According to a police report filed in court, Pimentel-Lugo said she was leaving her boyfriend's house that night when she saw Sanchez's car parked nearby on Lagrange Street. She got out to confront Sanchez, and the two women allegedly began fighting in the street, with Sanchez landing some punches and Pimentel-Lugo retrieving a baseball bat to hit Sanchez with it.
