Westminster councillors are considering a pay rise of 3.88%, less than a year after cabinet members received a 45% raise.
The increase in allowances would cost the council an additional £26,571.
The council has previously been criticized for giving cabinet members a large pay increase while raising social rents for residents. [ more ]
