Located nearly 6,000 feet above sea level, the cabin incorporates two cantilevered volumes clad in dark cedar, preserving the delicate ecosystem of the red spruce forest. The design includes a pedestrian bridge leading into the site, ensuring a transition between civilization and nature. The structure's colors and materials are chosen to reflect the surrounding landscape, enhancing visual integration and maintaining ecological balance in an area known for its rare flora and fauna.
