The new development in the Orfèvres eco-district of Trévoux focuses on integrating sustainability and community. Designed by Tectoniques, the 10-hectare area prioritizes soft transportation and limited car presence while featuring a public park that preserves the area’s connectivity to the landscape. The building layout complies with planning but is primarily guided by bioclimatic strategies, ensuring optimal sunlight and views. Buildings are arranged to gradually increase in height from south to north, optimizing living conditions for residents and enhancing the park’s role in the neighborhood.
The project aims to foster connections within the urban environment while emphasizing a sustainable, eco-friendly design that prioritizes green spaces and bioclimatic strategies.
Set within the Orfèvres eco-district, the development is designed to enhance local connectivity and promote community interactions through its design and layout.
