In Munich's Perlacher Forst area, creative director Alexander Freudenberger and artist Hannes Heinrich transformed a 764-square-foot, utilitarian apartment into a stylish home that reflects their individuality. Collaborating with architect Sebastian Kofink, they completely redesigned the floor plan, incorporating custom furniture to enhance both aesthetics and functionality. Despite its gray, rainy surroundings, their lively renovations demonstrate how even the most ordinary spaces can be made extraordinary through creativity and thoughtful design.
We completely rethought the floor plan and installed smart and discreet custom furniture, transforming a monotonous 764-square-foot apartment into a stylish, functional home.
Although I grew up in the center of Munich, I've always had a very deep connection to this place. It's quiet here, a bit stuffy, but now I appreciate it.
