Her work prominently features unique aesthetics influenced by the building's history and local character, with a continual focus on color and pattern. Meilichzon collaborates closely with skilled artisans for furniture, frescos, and lighting, and oversees all aspects of design, from dinnerware to staff uniforms. Currently, she is designing properties in Southern France, Portugal, and Spain, with an exciting upcoming development in Corsica.

"The furniture, frescos, and lamps are made by my precious artisans. I lead the decision-making for dinnerware, staff clothing, and graphic design too," says Dorothée.
With a design career spanning over 100 hospitality projects, Meilichzon infuses each space with unique elements that celebrate their history and location.
Currently, she’s working on properties across the south of France, Portugal, and Spain, with a new hotel in Corsica set to debut this spring.
