This development is part of the new urban block 'Potsdamer Mitte, Block III', which was developed by the housing cooperative 'Karl Marx' Potsdam. The architectural team includes Christian Roth, Sascha Zander, Tilman Heiring, Joost Willms, Isabel Fischer Perez-Lozao, and Burkhard Kohler, with engineering support from IRG Ingenieurgesellschaft and ifb frohloff staffa kuhl ecker.
