The renovation of Na Pan School, located at the foot of Pa Han Mountain, transformed a dilapidated learning environment into a modern educational facility for 204 students. Integrating old structures with a newly constructed block funded by the VNHelp Foundation, the project emphasized natural light and local culture through its design. Completed in four months with extensive community involvement, over 300 households collectively contributed to 80,000 stones for the school's new features. This initiative has instilled a deeper understanding of the value of education within the village.
The project not only transformed the school's appearance but also changed the mindset of the entire village, emphasizing the importance of investing in education.
Connecting the new and old blocks is a circular multi-functional room, constructed from river stones hand-collected by villagers, symbolizing community involvement.
