The article describes the rehabilitation of a warehouse, maintaining its exterior while creating a new interior space that respects the historical structure. The design features a traditional central door and emphasizes the contrast between modern materials, such as natural concrete, and the original granite stone wall. A spiral iron staircase enables vertical movement within the space, while strategically placed zenithal light enhances various inner zones. The project also includes a winter garden inside and a small garden outside, further enriching the environment.
