The building originally stood only as an unfinished concrete shell, abandoned on the slope. The owners chose to retain and transform the existing volume rather than demolish it. The project completes and reinterprets the residence, using the existing volume as the starting point for a new spatial and material vision. The design team includes lead team Giovanni Pianigiani, Tela Architettura for design and interior, and Studio Pomes for structural engineering.
