The Hungarian Architecture Center and Museum in Budapest has received its building permit, paving the way for construction. Designed by BIVAK Studio in collaboration with Tér és Forma Szeged Építésztervező Ltd., this cultural hub combines modern and historical elements. Winning a design competition, the project includes a new main building, renovation of heritage villas, modernization of office spaces, and a new urban park. 75% of the built area will utilize existing structures, merging traditional and technological design in a contemporary framework with a distinct glazed ceramic façade.

The innovative design emphasizes the reuse of existing architecture, with 75% of the above-ground area comprising renovated elements, combining tradition and technology.
