It introduces a slightly enlarged structural grid for a more compact H block design, using varied facades to enhance visual appeal and adaptability. The ground floor includes commercial and accessible homes, while upper levels offer diverse residential units with outdoor spaces to improve sunlight and ventilation. The integration of flexible workspaces within homes reflects a modern approach, accommodating personal and professional life harmoniously, ultimately creating an engaging community environment.
The proposal addresses the need for urban housing by optimizing buildable areas while ensuring quality living spaces through innovative structural and aesthetic choices.
