The renovation of a mid-terrace home transformed significantly with the acquisition of a narrow adjacent plot. This allowed architects to create numerous openings that enhance natural light, utilizing various window designs. Inside, spaces were reorganized, converting an old garage into a living room and relocating the kitchen to connect with a new courtyard. A tiny guest house was built on the elongated plot with an innovative kitchen and a double-height bedroom. The project emphasized materiality, using lime mortar, textured facades, and a custom floor design to unify both homes character.
