Located in the historic center of Sofia, the project converts an existing 1920s building formerly used for textile sales into a high-fashion menswear store. The intervention occupies 220 m² and is scheduled for completion in 2025. The design preserves the historic facade and features an uncommonly recessed, transparent, and delicate display window that maintains visual continuity with surrounding architecture. Interior fittings incorporate products by Living Divani, Wastberg, and XAL. The approach emphasizes adaptive reuse, subtle glazing strategies, and material restraint to balance contemporary retail requirements with the building's original character.
