A good night's sleep leaves me feeling sharp, focused, and ready to conquer the world. On the flip side, a short night with a lot of distractions leaves me unable to stay focused and achieve my best in just about anything.
Small changes can make a big difference: Stick to a Sleep Schedule: Try going to bed and waking up at the same time every day, even on the weekends. Create a Bedtime Routine: Wind down before bed with stuff that relaxes you maybe a good book or a warm bath. Set the Sleep Scene: Make your sleep space comfy and cozy.
