As I approach 60, I am choosing to embrace this new chapter of my life by prioritizing health and joy. I've changed my diet, begun exercising with a focus on mobility and heart health, and incorporated activities like HIIT and walking to maintain my vitality. I'm committed to staying active and engaged, reflecting on my goals, and enjoying life's ride without financial worry or the pressure to conform to youthful standards.
Age is just a number; although aging is inevitable, it doesn't have to mean feeling old. Aging well requires effort and planning.
