TSMC has begun production of Apple's S9 System-in-Package at its Arizona facility, alongside the ongoing production of the A16 Bionic chip for iPhones.
The company aims to eventually produce up to 24,000 wafers per month by Q1 2025, significantly ramping up operations at Fab 21 in Arizona.
