Recently, Rodgers visited Pittsburgh, meeting with team officials and Coach Mike Tomlin, who described the meeting as productive and encouraging, thus boosting the Steelers' confidence about signing him.
We keep getting positive sort of signals about it. So yeah, I'd say we feel pretty good about it at this point.
He happened to be at a point in time in his career where he was free to have some real dialogue about what his future may look like.
