Funselektor and Strelka Games have announced 'over the hill', an indie racing game that expands on the stylish presentation seen in 'Art of Rally'. This new game allows players to experience offroading in various picturesque locales connected via portals, featuring solo and co-op play for up to four players. It includes a day-night cycle, dynamic weather changes, and numerous challenges. The developer aimed to capture the essence of wilderness exploration akin to a calmer driving experience, offering a sense of peace similar to traveling through nature.
After having developed several games about motorsport, we wanted to go off-track by offering players a vast world to lose themselves at a slower pace.
This game is similar to the experience I've had journeying across North America in my trusty camper van. There's something special about being in the wilderness.
