The new organizational shift at Netflix's movie division involves breaking it down by genre. Ori Marmur will lead action, fantasy, horror, and sci-fi; Kira Goldberg will head thrillers, drama, and family films; Niija Kuykendall will be in charge of young adult, holiday, and faith-based movies; and Jason Young will run the comedy and rom-com team.
